unheated jacuzzi huge disappointment
The staff accelerated the cleaning process. I could check in early. this was so helpful.
I could NOT use the jacuzzi. The pool was not heated even though it was supposed to be. i felt quite let down because of this. i expected warmer water. this was a HUGE disappointment.

heated pools breakfast buffet family suite
The breakfast buffet was EXCELLENT. It featured a lot of options. I loved the heated pools. The big pool temperature was perfect. The children's pool reminded me of a warm bath, much to the delight of my kids. We had a family suite, and I liked the room divisions. My kids enjoyed it, too.
I noticed that the grounds are VERY well kept, but I found the jacuzzi was a bit too crowded at times.

The family suite had one large two-person bed in the living room. I noticed the suite also had two bedrooms, one with a sofa sleeper. The other bedroom included a bunkbed. The kids REALLY loved this feature.

Unheated pool and christmas dinner were disappointing

The staff were lovely and friendly, I appreciate that.
I was really looking forward to using the pool and jacuzzi, sadly they weren't heated. This was a HUGE letdown as it was december and i wanted to relax by the pool. I also paid extra for the christmas 'gala' dinner. The food was not good, and it made my christmas a bit SAD.

excellent breakfast friendly staff daily cleaning
the breakfasts were excellent, with lots of choice. staff were very friendly and helpful. my room was cleaned daily and it was super clean. the location was quiet, a short walk from the seafront.
the pool and jacuzzi were unheated . this limited my ability to relax by the pool.

Really good Stay with Attentive Service

My friend recommended this nice hotel. The minibar in my room had complimentary beers , wine , soft drinks , and a large water bottle refilled daily. The hotel was immaculate , especially the spacious rooms , cleaned every day. I chose the half board option with a cooked breakfast , also, the evening meal included a three-course meal.
I noticed a very slight hill on the way to the main strip , though it's a short walk.

The hotel offered a variety of fresh fruit juices with my morning coffee , improving my experience. The staff are friendly and helpful , providing excellent service . The cleaning staff ensure every inch of the room is cleaned daily , maintaining high standards. Staff at reception and in the restaurant were always smiling and ready to assist with any inquiries.

the rooms were cleaned daily. fresh towels were provided each day. our room included air conditioning that we appreciated greatly, especially with temperatures consistently above 30 degrees. the staff restocked our fridge with water daily.
